Tea Leaves & Strawberries
Megan D checkin in once again! ^^
Whooo... I just got back from Cameron Highlands yesterday, and I must say, after countless times of going there, I STILL get the thrill of being in that cold place wearing layers of clothing and dining at the cafe. Heehee.
Recently, the row of shops have had a new addition: Starbucks.

I've never been so thankful for a coffee shop. We'd brought our laptops, Lex's family and mine, and this place proved to provide us the absolute best wi-fi in Cameron. Also the best coffee of course. =P I bought 2 mugs from that place. ^^ and a third one my mom bought to match. I'm not really sure how that works, but when I can, I'll be sure to post up pics of my mugs. Hopefully with coffee in em. Heehee.
We spent a total of 5 days there, staying at the Lex's family's personal "hotel". It's a rather nice place to live in, just that I woke up nearly every morning with cold feet due to the lack in my blanket's thickness. -.-
Our itinerary was basically full, well in my mind anyway. The first place we went to once we'd settled in the apartment was the night market. Yay! I was totally looking forward to it because of the fried mushrooms (yes, the only so-called vegetable that tastes like meat). It was great. Lex, Ash and I roamed the place like we did in Thailand. That was a few years back fyi. *wink wink* We bought a few trinkets, drank a lot of slushies, and ate all sorts of different foods. It's a place in Cameron's you'd definitely want to go to.
